Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.
Opened products that are undamaged and in resellable condition may be returned, but a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Returns will not be accepted for the following cases:
Customized or personalized products.
Items with physical damage, missing components, or altered software.
Digital products (such as software activation codes).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for unopened products returned in their original condition.
Partial refunds will be issued for opened but undamaged products, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
If the purchase was made using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Affirm or Klarna, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the remaining balance owed to the financing provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7days for defective or damaged items.
If an item is defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
If an exchange is requested for personal preference reasons (e.g., different model or color), the customer may be required to cover shipping and any price difference.
All exchanged products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
If the desired replacement item is out of stock, customers may choose between a refund or store credit.
